Manisha Patil | Prabhakar Patil
Manisha Patil completed her graduation in Painting from Nagpur University and post-graduation and Ph. D in Art History from M.S. University, Baroda. She has taught at Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur and is at present teaching faculty of Art History at Sir. J .J. School of Art, Mumbai. Manisha has had joint shows with Prabhakar Patil at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai and has exhibited her paintings at Art Today, New Delhi. Her works are in several public and private collections. She has also contributed to several art publications, Art News and Views and Art Journal being among them. She is regularly invited to express her views in seminars, and has recently delivered a talk on Bombay School at CSMVS, where she also curated a show on the Bengal School artist Vinayak Masoji.
